How Does REL Network Works?

  • Agents interested in joining our network must first past our strict application process and pay the yearly member’s fee of $149
  • Pre-screened Latinos buyers and sellers requesting assistance in a real estate transaction are referred to members of our trusted agent network
  • Based on the client's mortgage needs, REL will refer the client to a local mortgage broker or lender for a pre-approval before assigning the lead to an agent
  • Agents will contact our client within 24 hours to offer their assistance
  • During the time agents and our clients are working together, REL will continue o be in touch with everyone involved in the transaction to make sure the process goes smoothly until closing

Requirements needed to become a Trusted Bilingual Real Estate Advisor:

  • Agents must successfully pass our application process and professional background check (conducted yearly prior to membership renewable)
  • Be a licensed real estate sales person for at least two years (license number is required)
  • Maintain their real estate license active while working with our clients
  • Comply with all national, state and local laws, regulations and guidelines that govern the real estate industry
  • Be committed to breaking down the Latino homeownership barriers by displaying local real estate resources in your website.
